Travel Clinics are available for our patients who require basic travel vaccinations. These appointments must be planned well in advance (approx. 6-8 weeks before you travel). If you travel in under 6 weeks you will need to contact a private travel clinic.
To book an appointment, please ask at reception for a Travel Questionnaire (or you can click on the form below to print and complete) – this questionnaire must be returned to us and we will contact you in due time to book your travel appointment. Please note that some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge (travel vaccination is not included in the services provided by the NHS).
If you require a Yellow Fever Vaccination, we no longer offer this at the surgery. This service is now offered by certain community pharmacies and also dedicated private travel clinics.

Worden Medical Centre is a designated Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre and has been authorised by the NaTHNaC (as the regulatory body for England, Wales and Northern Ireland), to administer yellow fever vaccination in accordance with International Health Regulations (2005).
